The official fees for industrial property rights applicable in the Industrial Property Institute of Mozambique were updated by the Ministerial Decree No. 154/2023, of 29 December.
The fees were substantially increased to update the amounts charged for the registration and maintenance of industrial property rights that dated back to 2017.
The new rates will be applicable as of February 27, 2024.
