O Presidente do Instituto Europeu de Patentes, Ant\u00f3nio Campinos, e Ana Bandeira, Presidente do Conselho Diretivo do Instituto Nacional de Propriedade Industrial, assinaram um acordo de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o relativo \u00e0 realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de relat\u00f3rios de pesquisas.<\/p>\n

No \u00e2mbito deste acordo, a partir de 1 de mar\u00e7o de 2025, o INPI poder\u00e1 solicitar ao IEP a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de relat\u00f3rios de pesquisas com opini\u00e3o escrita sobre a patenteabilidade para os pedidos nacionais de patentes. Al\u00e9m disso, prev\u00ea-se que haver\u00e1 um apoio para as PMEs, universidades e inventores individuais por meio de uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 80% da taxa paga pela pesquisa at\u00e9 400 solicita\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Portugal \u00e9 o 18.\u00ba Estado contratante com o qual o IEP assinou um acordo de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o deste g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n
